What's included in the All-in-One Coaching System?

Everything you need to run your coaching business: CRM with pipeline management, scheduling calendars, email/SMS marketing, payment processing, AI virtual assistants, course creation, community building, social media management, and much more. All featured tools are included in your subscription.

Can I get help setting everything up?

Absolutely! Many features come with Done-For-You (DFY) setup options, including your booking calendars, landing pages for life coaching, career coaching, business coaching and universal coaching (not niched), a No-show/canceled appointment nurture (one year of email nurture included) We also offer customization services to tailor the system to your specific needs.

Is there a free trial available?

We don’t offer free trials because free access is consistently abused, and that abuse harms deliverability and platform reputation for all clients.

LeadEscalator includes powerful outreach tools (email + SMS automation). Unfortunately, when free trials are available, a small percentage of users sign up only to send spam campaigns, test aggressive tactics, or bypass compliance rules.

What payment processors are supported?

We integrate with Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, NMI, Adyen, and also support manual payment processing. You can accept both one-time and recurring payments.

How does the AI virtual assistant work?

Our AI assistants (both voice and chat) can answer questions and book appointments 24/7. They integrate with your website, SMS, Instagram, Facebook, etc. You can train them with custom Q&A to match your business needs.

What charges are not covered?

Phone system, AI, sms, emails, whatsapp API, premium workflows all have external costs, but for transparency everything runs from one wallet, so you’ll never get hit with surprise invoices. You control the top-up rules, for example, “when balance drops below $10, automatically reload $50.” That way, your account always stays active without you ever having to think about it. As well as any service you hire us to do for you.

Processing Fees will vary depending on the payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc), these fees are passed through to you with no added cost.

A2P 10DLC: There are two categories of fees associated with A2P 10DLC: registration fees, and per-message carrier fees. Both types of fees are charged by carriers as part of the A2P 10DLC system, and are passed through to you with no added cost.
